Acrobat Brio

After the recent announcement of Acrobat Online Office Suite what attracted me best out of it the Acrobat Brio - An online Meeting Application which is integrated with it. Though it allows only 3 people to connect together but its worth.

Other features which Includes Office Suite and Acrobat Share did not impress me that much. I would still prefer using Microsoft Office with Drop Box for collaboration which is the fastest of all, but there is no match for the meeting feature it has. I am totally blown with the simplicty and effectiveness.

It includes voice, webcam, desktop sharing and chat, almost everything one would require for an online meeting. If you have an good internet speed Acrobat Brio will work like a charm.

But it has many limitations on the other side:

1. Only 3 people connect with each other.
2. You can not convert more than 5 dcoument into PDF. ( NOW is adobe running out of resource ? )
3. Google Docs got search inbuilt but Acrobat doesnt have it.
4. How about browsers or people who block FLASH ?

Its good try and Acrobat might need to do something about it soon if they really want to compete. But still You better give it a try and see how it suits you. Visit Acobat and enjoy it.

One of the most irritating problems that you come across with your PC is its slowing down at times.This is normally due to burden on the your Pc's ram . And worst part this not due to any noticeable change or work.And you have no solution for that.But you can make this simple application yourself and can improve your PC browsing speed.

1. Create a new text file on your desktop, name it as "ramcleaner"

2. Type:

FreeMem=space(64000000)

3. Save it as "ramcleaner.vbs"

4. Run the file to clean your RAM.

Method to Remove Task Manager has been disabled by your Administrator

You have to use Group Policy Editor for Windows XP Professional

• Click Start>Run>type gpedit.msc and click OK.
• Navigate to this line:

User Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> System >> Ctrl+Alt+Delete Options >> Remove Task Manager

• Double-click the Remove Task Manager option.
• Set the policy to “Not Configured”.

thats it, its removed now.
