To remove run/find from the start menu browse through:
" HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer"
Create a DWORD "NoFind" or "NoRun" and enter the value '1'
this will also block the use of 'Win + R' [for Run] and Win + F'[for Find]
